Ajala emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement to drive sustainable growth.
Emily Jennifer
General Manager
Emily Jeniffer is the driving force behind Ajalisco Production Industries Ltd, overseeing the production of sachet water, bread, Chinchin, and Peanut snacks. With a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and innovation, she ensures that every product meets the highest standards. Her background in Science Laboratory Technology and Microbiology enables her to uphold strict safety and quality protocols, reaffirming our commitment to delivering trustworthy products to our community.
Joshua Etok
Head of Operations
Joshua Etok is the Head of Operations at Ajalisco Production Industries Limited and a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering graduate with a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering. With a hands-on approach and strong foundation in technical systems, he oversees operations, streamlines processes, and ensures product quality. Driven by excellence, innovation, and efficiency, Joshua plays a key role in scaling the company’s production, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
